Be careful which salesperson you choose, this can be a deal breaker. Me and my fiance made a recent purchase of a Jetta S 2024 model at this dealership. This was a mixed experience for us. We happened to go there 2 consecutive days and were helped by Maria and Aziz in sales and Jasmine in finance. Our sales representative, Maria, was pleasant and friendly but lacked information, patience and kept pushing the question about signing down the deal. We had a shorter but very helpful interaction with Aziz, because he answered our questions and reassured us about concerns for the car and this helped us in signing the deal for the car. We had come a day earlier to look at another CPO Jetta SEL and the Carfax report had mentioned that the steering wheel was replaced so we wanted to know the reason behind it and Maria kept saying she didn't know even after explaining that we wanted to know to ensure our safety. She wouldn't direct us to a more informative person there and then kept telling us she had another client to deal with. When we said that we will come back tomorrow and that we did not want to close the deal on this car if we did not have the required information she was like okay then I have to go to my next client. Not once did she ask about setting up a new appointment or give her contact information. This interaction basically turned us away from that deal. The next day we came for the Jetta S 2024 and had a couple of questions which she redirected to Aziz and he helped, however, before that Maria said that if we are not closing on the deal then we should reconsider because she had other clients to deal with and that dealership was about to close. Both the days she was unhelpful phand subtly treated us like we were wasting her time, which is unfair to the client who is also spending their time to make an informed decision before buying a car.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2022 Audi E-Tron from Alexandria Volkswagen. The internet sales person Zahra Ezzaitouni was very helpful. She got me $200 off the sales price & canceled their $399 theft protection, which is a dealer scam to make more money for for NOTHING. I really appreciate her standing up for me. The total experience was fantastic.

I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to here. We were so pleased with the car buying experience at this dealership. After owning four VW's, this has been our best experience. Jackson was such a pleasure to work with. He was able to keep up with all of our daughter's questions and concerns. He is the opposite of a pushy salesperson. Ultimately, I believe she chose to buy the car from him instead of other VW dealerships as salespeople had been calling and texting and emailing her nonstop. His approach was the opposite. Will definitely send our friends to buy from Jackson!

I’ve had 4 VW’s over my lifetime. We recently helped our daughter with some research for buying a car. When we came to see the cars she narrowed it down to, Jackson couldn’t have been more polite, helpful and understanding. She’s a savvy buyer and knew what she wanted. Jackson was a great match for her. I highly recommend him for anyone buying a VW. I’ve been in Sales for my entire career and really enjoyed that we never felt like we were being sold to.
