Joe in Finance was outstanding and truly saved the day. He was professional, helpful, and made the process much smoother. Unfortunately, my experience with my salesperson, Jamall Blake, was disappointing. He was unresponsive throughout the process and did not follow up regarding a repair he said he would discuss with the technician before my visit. After purchasing the vehicle, I left multiple voicemails and text messages to follow up, but I never received a response from him. Even when the dealership confirmed he was available, he did not return my calls. I really enjoy my car, but the lack of communication and customer service after and during the sale left me with buyer's remorse.

Jamall contacted me after he saw I had previewed a car online. I responded to his voice mail, he told me what time he would be at the dealership, I got there a few minutes after he left. Another sales associate called him and Jamall came back. Really appreciated the the customer service. He was very helpful. Excellent customer service.

Atiq was a delight, and made sure I was able to drive away even when I had forgotten the title for my trade and there was an issue with finalizing some paperwork. From the moment I stepped in I was greeted warmly and everyone was extremely helpful. The price was right on the car I drove out in, and I got a better value for my trade than I expected. Arrived right around 6 pm last evening, and all of the paperwork had been prepared, and the new vehicle was out for a wash and a fuel up. Worked with Ali for the majority of the afternoon on preparing the deal, and he was nothing short of amazing. We were in and out in under half an hour. He even had a full listing of every available car, which helped us quickly narrow down the trim, color, and mileage we were looking for. Within 30 minutes, Dean had us out on a test drive. Back at the dealership, he made the trade-in process smooth and straightforward. In less than three hours from the time we arrived, we were driving home in our dream “new to us” ID4 xxxxxxAWD—the exact trim and even the color we had hoped for! Farouk Khemakhem - and his cool digital desktop display of the myriad documents made the business end smooth and efficient. We appreciate that!
