He was responsive, straightforward, and managed to answer my endless questions about the ID.4 without ever making me feel like I was being a pain. The test drive was great, he knew the car inside and out, and there was never any pressure or typical dealership runaround. The pricing was just as impressive. clear, upfront, and no games. We shopped ID.4s extensively and Alexandria Volkswagen had the best deal we could find anywhere in the country. In fact, we drove all the way from Pennsylvania to Alexandria to buy the car. If that doesn’t tell you how good Jeffrey was to work with, and how good the deal was, I’m not sure what will. Fantastic experience from start to finish. went for a basic oil change and a quick inspection of my car told me it was gonna be an hour but i was there for 4 hours, the people up front were apologetic, the service was great id recommend this shop but plan to wait a bit longer than usual on certain days
