How It Works:
Call to request a VW Mobile Service appointment.
An advisor will ask where you’d like the service performed and will take you through the available services.
An advisor will schedule your appointment and inform you of the cost.
On the day of the appointment, you’ll receive a reminder and an estimated technician arrival time.
When the technician is on their way, you’ll receive an updated arrival time.
The technician will greet you and review the services to be performed.
Once the service is completed, you pay online via online bill pay, and you’re done.
